Builders of Authority SMS Terms & Conditions
By checking the box, you (“End User”) consent to receive messages from Builders of Authority Services (“Business”) for the purpose of receiving Seasonal Offers and Appointment Confirmation and Reminders. Please read the following terms carefully before giving your consent.
By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive appointment reminders, seasonal offers and confirmation texts from Builders of Authority. These messages will assist you in managing your schedule and ensuring timely appointments. You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text “STOP” to the phone number provided. Once we receive your “STOP” request, we will send you an SMS confirming your unsubscribe status. After the confirmation, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin the service, you can sign up again using the same process and we will resume sending appointment reminders and confirmation texts to you.
Consent: By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this consent and agree to receive messages from Builders of Authority.
Message Type: The messages you will receive from Builders of Authority will be related to Seasonal Offers and Appointment Confirmation Reminders, which may include promotional offers, discounts, updates and other related content.
Frequency: Builders of Authority will send messages to you on a periodic basis as determined by Builder of Authority. However, Builders of Authority will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the frequency of the messages is not excessive or intrusive.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with STOP. After you send the SMS message STOPto us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and Builders of Authority cannot guarantee absolute security.
